Location: Essex

25.500 plus quarterly bonus

Have you got the need for speed I am for looking for an enthusiastic individual to join an incredible leisure brand that have over 30 sites in the UK and overseas! I am recruiting for a Senior Duty Manager to lead the team and be a huge part of driving the business forward.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager; as Senior Duty Manager youll be at the forefront of the business. Engaging and hyping the customer for the ultimate experience whilst ensuring Health and Safety is clear concise and communicated to the highest standard. If you think you have what it takes to run a well oiled operation and deliver great customer service this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team with clockwork precision; time efficiency and fantastic communication is key for the smooth running of the centre

• Maintaining standards through training staffing and development within the team.

• Approachability confidence and enthusiasm with customers and staff to create the ultimate experience. Keeping the customers coming back for more
• Motivating and managing staff toward individual and team KPIs

Requirements:

• At least 1yr Management experience required.

• Experience in leading and developing a team.

• Health and Safety experience.

• Monday to Sunday. Shift pattern flexibility is vital for this role.
