Senior Developer

This is a remote position.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

§ Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery

§ Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship

§ Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits

§ Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team

§ Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies

§ Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards

§ Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code

Package and support deployment of releases

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

§ Self-motivated individual with a go-getter attitude

§ Highly skilled and highly professional, one who is able to manage self-imposed deadlines / responsibilities

Effective collaboration with other stakeholders such as IT application, Business users, quality assurance and security etc

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

§ Qualification – B. Tech. (Computer Science/ IT) / MCA

§ Relevant experience of minimum 8 plus years in IT

§ Strong Hands-On experience in design and development of applications

§ Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies on open source stack is desired

§ .NET Core, C#, Angular, MVC, Web Api, SQL Server, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Docker, GitHub

§ AWS Cloud Services knowledge is an added advantage.

§ Experience with agile development methodologies - Scrum

§ Working knowledge on Windows and Linux Operating System

Experience of Microservice development
