Senior design Engineer

Architectural conception modeling and detailed drawing of complex mechanical and hydraulic assemblies (actuators/servos/dampers/valves/tanks/etc.). Selection of technical solutions materials and technological processes to be implemented according to design. Preparation of Technical Bill of Materials. Management of revisions and modifications of projects already underway.

Aviation regulations

Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawing.

Dimensional tolerances and GD&T.

Knowledge of materials: aluminum alloys titanium alloys low alloy steels stainless steels.

Knowledge of thermal and surface treatments of materials

Software knowledge

Drawing with Catia V5 software (catdrawing catpart catproduct).

Knowledge of PDM tools appreciated (e.g.: Smarteam Enovia)

Technical English written and spoken.

FLUENT ITALIAN LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY.

Minimum experience of at least 4 years in a similar role in structured companies aerospace sector or in the design of land vehicles.
