Senior Consultant Search & Leadership Hiring
Work Expectations Generate a revenue of 22 Lacs per annum from Senior and Leadership mandates of client by sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIN Naukri and Job Postings.
HYBRID WORK MODEL WITH 2/3 days in a week from Co Working office in Connaught Place/ Kamla Nagar/North Delhi/ Central Delhi

  • MUST have worked in a recruitment firm
  • Should be capable to close Mid Senior Non IT mandates
  • Should have ability to screen resumes
  • Should have the capacity to make candidate calls to screen
  • Should have the ability to understand mandates
  • Should have the ability to source on challenging mandates
  • Should be comfortable to work in a target oriented environment

  • Compensation is in BALLPARK of about 3.6L 4.8L per annum including variable. Variable will be about 30% of CTC

Job Description

This role entails researching the clients profile and Job Descriptions comprehending the clients precise requirements identifying relevant matching profiles through Linkedin Naukri and other similar sites interviewing and screening the candidates and presenting them to the clients following defined SOPs.


You will be working on a cloudbased application that facilitates seamless transparent and efficient team working in a virtual environment. This application has numerous automation tools. In addition it generates realtime automated information/reports that help in independent and quick decisions leading to significant optimisation in the recruitment process. The application is userfriendly and supported with simple process documents SOPs and video tutorials.
Maxonic will provide you with extensive training on advanced search techniques Boolean Search XRay Search Alumni Search Organisation Search Job Postings etc. that will make you an Agrade Researcher within 6 months.
Role
  • Be in charge of maximising closures through the prompt supply of thoroughly screened and vetted candidates who satisfy the jobspecific needs of the clients.
  • Hone his/ her search abilities and business acumen and grow to become a Team Leader or Business Manager.
Key Deliverables
  • Identifying relevant profiles on Linkedin Naukri and other Job boards
  • Engaging with the candidates selling the assignment interviewing and screening them as per the clients JD parameters.
  • Preparing their Assessment Reports and submitting them to the clients as per the defined SOP.
  • Preparing and reminding the candidates for the interviews
  • Updating the status of all profiles on Maxonic s Applicant Tracking System ATS.
  • Collecting the candidates interview feedback and updating the same in the ATS.
  • Supporting the candidates throughout the hiring process until they join the client.
  • Learning and applying advanced search tools and techniques in the daytoday search operations
Skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English with no Mother Tongue Influence
  • Excellent selling convincing persuasion and negotiation skills
  • High level of confidence no fear or worry while speaking to senior corporate executives who you dont know.
Knowledge
Tech savvy Searching on the net selflearning on Youtube spreadsheets presentations using Apps on Mobile WhatsApp on Laptop etc.

Qualifications
  • Any Graduate with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in a reputed organisation.
