Senior Commercial Building Engineer

Technician Pay: $25$36/hr ($52000$75000)

Background Check: Yes 3year felony background check and lifetime sex offender. No pending felony cases and no warrants.

Drug Screen: Yes a 10panel preemployment drug screen.

Schedule: MF 7 am4 pm or 8 am5 pm; Oncall rotation

Experience & Certifications Required: EPA Certification or CFC universal refrigerant card. Multiple years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance of commercial HVAC. You should possess several years of leadership experience in either Commercial Building Maintenance or Commercial HVAC Service

Technician Duties: Service diagnose & repair Chillers Boilers Cooling Towers fire/sprinkler plumbing electrical and Commercial HVAC equipment.
