- Guide USAID-funded Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions to establish or advance the capacity of Career Development Centers.
- Work with USAID-funded Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions to identify staff and resources to systematically enhance and sustain career services to increase students’ employability.
- Maintain communication and relationships with private sector stakeholders.
- Create short-term/discrete options for private sector collaboration alongside long-term engagements to fit firms’ unique needs.
- Adaptively respond to changes in the operating environment to meet the desired objectives.
- Apply PYD approaches and Do No (More) Harm approaches and address Gender and Disability Inclusion considerations and Environmental considerations in their work.
- Work with USAID-funded Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions to improve the quality of interactions between institutions, private sector, and youth to build trust, accountability, and processes.
