1. Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategy:
    • Lead the development and execution of the business development strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Identify new market opportunities industry trends and competitive threats.
    • Drive and execute sales origination strategy to grow sales pipeline through generation of leads and converting them into sales orders to meet company target.
  • Partnerships and Alliances:
    • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to contribute to company growth.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
    • Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sustainability goals.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Experience in building and leading team would be advantageous.
    • Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven team culture.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
    • Utilize market intelligence to refine and optimize business development strategies.
  • Contribute to Growth Strategy:
    • Contribute to the companys growth strategy through industry knowledge and market development insights.
    • Develop relevant customer and industry relationships to drive business growth.
  • SolutionBased Sales:
    • Employ a solutionbased sales methodology aligned with customer initiatives for sustainability.
  • Customer Service:
    • Deliver highquality customer service that exceeds customers expectations and goals.
    • Provide timely and accurate insights to the pipeline for accurate forecasts.

2. Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in highachieving sales environments.
  • Experience in business and partnership development B2B sales and relationship management.
  • Success in negotiating and closing complex business deals.
  • Experience in carbon credits and renewable energy certificates markets is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of corporate sustainability and understanding of carbon market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Experience in coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior decisionmakers.
  • Welldeveloped IT skills including MS PowerPoint Excel and CRM systems.
  • This is a 100% inoffice position. The successful candidate must be available to work from our corporate office during regular business hours.
