You will

• Generate new business opportunities and target companies especially OEMs Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies and new electric vehicle startups energy companies secondlife entities recyclers and energy storage companies in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
• Support managing the sales cycle and holding responsibility for your assigned clients and target industry.
• Identify and evaluate growth potentials and technology trends in the battery industry as well as the secondlife market recycling industry and other relevant industries.
• Create reports and sales presentations to support the growth of commercial and partnership stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain an accurate customer intelligence base for future product development.
• Conduct and drive relevant market and competitive intelligence in close alignment with the head of sales and the team.
• Work closely with marketing to develop and execute strategic campaigns.
• Provide market feedback to the product manager designer and tech team to improve Circunomics products and services.
• Representation of Circunomics and active participation at trade shows conferences client meetings and in industrial and academic networks

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in engineering MBA sales or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and executing automotive business accounts and selling highend technology solutions.
• Proven experience working with automotive and/or battery players: mobility OEMs Tier1s system integrators EV players energy storage companies recyclers or within the secondlife market of lithiumion batteries.
• Experience in managing complex projects and achieving ambitious targets.
• Proactive and handson approach to challenges and getting things done perspective.
• Excellent communication skills in the English and German languages.Bonus points for
• Experience in greentech startups IoT or energy is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in acquiring and managing key accounts.
• Technical understanding is a plus
• Interest in Automotive / Cars/ electric Vehicle is a Plus

About Us

Circunomics GmbH was founded in 2019 and is already one of the leading companies in battery circularity. The company is based in Mainz. Founders Felix Wagner and Jan Born have set themselves the goal of establishing a circular battery economy by inspiring a movement of taking batteries from firstlife in electric vehicles to secondlife applications and finally recycling any remaining raw materials.

The Circunomics team has developed an innovative digital marketplace where digital circular twins can be registered tracked and traded for battery packs. The company has been supported thus far by seed investors and business angels.
