Experience:Minimum 2 years in a similar role

CTC:INR 480000 to 600000 per annum(In hand without Deduction)

Responsibilities:

  1. CAM Sales:

    • Drive and execute the entire sales process focusing on closing deals for Custom Application Management (CAM) services.
    • Actively engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and align services accordingly.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  2. PreSales:

    • Collaborate with the presales team to identify business opportunities create proposals and present tailored solutions to clients.
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  3. Documentation:

    • Create comprehensive project documents including the scope of work project plans and other relevant documentation.
    • Work closely with internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in project documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  4. Requirements Analysis:

    • Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of client expectations and project goals.
  5. Communication:

    • Effectively communicate project requirements and client expectations to the development team.
    • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on CAM sales and presales activities.
  • Prior experience in IT services companies is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary ranging from INR 480000 to 600000 per annum based on Experience and Knowledge
