Tasks

• Design and implement REST APIs to extend the functionality of aedifions platform.
• Maintain and optimize the backend to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with aedifions energy system engineers to develop a stream processing service to monitor sensor data.
• Take responsibility for further developing the autonomous building control system and create a measurable impact.
• Develop innovative features and microservices to take the products to the next level.
• The development of a data integration service based on Apache Camel is also part of your versatile job.
• You will also be responsible for regular code reviews and tests as quality is a top priority.
• Your proactive ideas and suggestions for improvement are important actively contribute to the success of the company.

Requirements

• You have a degree in IT or a similar qualification.
• You have several years of practical experience and sound knowledge of backend development. Ideally your expertise also lies in the implementation and migration of services in cloud environments.
• Python is not just a snake to you You speak it like your own mother tongue!
• SQL and you are an unbeatable team! PostgreSQL SQLAlchemy Alembic these are not foreign words for you but tools that you can use in your sleep.
• You have already gained experience with Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.
