Senior Automation QA Engineer, LATAM region

The client is one of the world s most well-known travel management company. The company focuses on business to business for employees bringing the best customer experience to travelers and travel managers. The company wants to improve business travelers experience of flight, car, hotels, and rail booking at its application.

Tasks

• Familiarize with the Use cases and Functional Test cases
• Automate the functional test cases using Selenium suite of tools like Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium Grid and Selenium WebDriver with Java ad Python
• Mobile, Web and API testing
• Perform manual and automated test runs
• Implement test scripts in the Test Automation Framework for functional testing
• Create, maintain and execute the test scripts, fix the errors, and debug the test scripts
• Work with Developers and DevOps to add the test suites in the CI/CD
• Defining and exporting test results and generate reports
• Work with the colleagues to define process and strategy associated with automation
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Able to set-up development and testing environments

Requirements

• 4+ years of mobile automation experience with Appium using Java
• 1+ years of Web automation tester experience with Selenium/Nightwatch.js
• Experience building and developing test automation for Mobile, APIs, and Web Services
• Understanding of regression and functional testing, as well as test and bug s cycle
• Strong analytical skills and smart approach to problems
• Test Automation Framework implementation and working knowledge
• Strong Knowledge of object-oriented Java Programming
• Strong Knowledge SQL
• Working knowledge of Test management tools
• Working knowledge of CI/CD process and tools
• Upper-intermediate English Level
• Independent in his work
• Problem solver who is thinking out of the box
• Engaged in owning the deliverables of his/her work
• Able to communicate efficiently with stakeholders of different levels
• Proactive and motivated person who can actively contribute to the team
