Senior Associate - Warehousing

About the team and role

The role is for fixed income platform Yubi Invest focused on Market Making for primary and secondary issuances. The team has been tasked with ensuring that the platform user experience on the marketplace is optimal simultaneously holding responsibility for the revenue streams of the company. The team is looking to expand by adding a senior member to increase services which will help improve efficiency for users by improving the flow of paper on the platform. Specifically the role will entail onboarding and coverage of users from a marketmaking point of view.

Key responsibilities:

• Onboard and run coverage of users to move their excess liquidity management on our platform.
  

• Liaise and help structure investment policies of new and existing users.
  

• Understand endtoend business models of users and provide solutions that will help them improve profitability.
  

• P&L owner who will drive GTV and profitability for the platform.
  

• Drive the marketmaking process on the platform from the investment opportunity side which will increase activity on the platform.
  

• Help generate dept of availability at both sides of the platform (demand and supply).
  

• Possess 35 years of relevant experience in treasury management and partnership management.
  

• We are looking for candidates with expertise in relationship management.
  

• Be brilliant with numbers analyzing financial statements interpreting data and solving problems
  

• Has a strong context of building and managing business relationships is comfortable across various levels of an organisation (CXOs to analysts)
  

• Demonstrate a high level of analytical skills; judge situations and think on feet
  

• Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly
