As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Management you will be responsible for ensuring that your portfolio of properties achieves revenue and RevPAR targets while optimizing inventory for maximum profitability. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of your portfolio as well as supporting the revenue team in disrupting both the hospitality and real estate sectors through continuous revenue optimization efforts.

• 5 years of revenue management and strategic rate pricing experience across multiple properties
  
• Ownership of work and dedication to continuous improvement
  
• Accountability and a preference for taking action
  
• Analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and devise creative solutions to complex problems
  
• Comfort with change and exceptional problemsolving abilities thriving in dynamic environments

• Eagerness to learn and a passion for maximizing revenue particularly in consumer and hospitality industries with an interest in understanding customer dynamics and the ability to influence customer behavior through product or pricing strategies
  
• Excellent communication skills including documentation of decisions and regular sharing of status updates
  

• Ensure that your portfolio of properties meets revenue and RevPAR targets and optimize our inventory to its most profitable usage.
  
• Play a critical part in ensuring the success of your portfolio while also assisting the revenue team and Placemakr successfully disrupt both the hospitality and real estate sectors by constantly optimizing revenue.
