Role/Department The FCC Quality Assurance (QA) Team is a newly created team within the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Manila Utility Team that is integral part of the EMEA FCC Team. The FCC QA function supports the FCC process by testing its policies, procedures and controls and assessing their effectiveness in complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The FCC QA team assists the Head of FCC and MLRO in demonstrating oversight through its periodic reviews, continuous testing, issue validation and management information. The FCC QA Analyst will support the FCC QA Team Leader to execute the FCC QA plan within the required timescales and to the required standards. The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include Support the FCC QA Team Leader with QA duties such as:
• Reviewing FCC Policies, Standards and Procedures, including FCC Risk Assessments, Client Due Diligence and Know Your Client/Customer and Customer Risk Rating, Anti-Bribery controls and Anti-Fraud controls
• Reviewing information for reporting MI and MI analysis and prepare reporting in timely manner for relevant committees
• Periodic reporting and timely escalation of significant risks and issues arising from FCC and assurance activities
• Supporting the completion of AML/ES Risk Assessments by providing updates on the assessments of the control effectiveness and resolution of previously raised FCC QA issues
• Supporting the review of regulatory changes and where applicable, the completion of impact analysis
• Assisting with BWise activities (Internal Compliance platform)
• Supporting the management of audit
