Senior Adjunct Training Facilitators

What we are looking for

We are looking for Senior Adjunct Training Facilitators to deliver experiential learning programs in alignment with Nia Deltas facilitation ethos. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with the Design Team to influence design changes for optimal participant engagement and achievement of Learning Outcomes and work closely with internal teams to understand diverse training needs adapt content for various audiences and ensure cultural relevance.

The candidate should excel in evaluating and enhancing training programs based on participant feedback and organizational goals ensuring that materials align with industry best practices and remain uptodate.

What does the job involve

• Delivering experiential learning programs in alignment with Nia Deltas facilitation ethos.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to inform design changes and updates to ensure program participants are fully engaged and achieving Learning Outcomes for the sessions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand specific training needs and objectives for different audiences and programs.
• Adapt training content to effectively engage participants from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Travel 30% or more of the time to deliver training sessions both locally and internationally.
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of training programs based on participant feedback and organizational goals.
• Ensure training materials and content are relevant uptodate and aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in Education Psychology Organizational Development or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Certifications in training & development and coaching
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilitation training or adult education with a proven track record of delivering impactful learning experiences.
• Expertise in applying adult learning principles instructional design and facilitation techniques to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of the mindbodysoul connection and its relevance to transformative learning.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic fastpaced environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
• Experience facilitating programs aligned with our ELEVATE framework.
• Experience working with a multicultural audience and a variety of clients and industries.
• A track record of positive participant feedback and successful learning outcomes.
• Ability to adapt and tailor facilitation styles to different audiences and learning needs.
• Experience with virtual facilitation platforms (Zoom & MS Teams) and common learning technologies and tools.
• Strong organizational ability and project management skills.
