This is a fulltime onsite role for a Senior Accountant for our client based in Kano. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reports developing budgets monitoring accounts payable and receivable reconciling transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Senior Accountant will also provide support to the financial team and work closely with external auditors for the yearend audit.
Qualifications:
HND / Bachelor degree
Strong skills in financial analysis budgeting and financial reporting
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
Experience with accounts payable and receivable management
Deep understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial accounting standards
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines:
Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA
Experience with financial accounting software is preferred
