Your mission

Do you want to use your sales talent in an innovative and fast growing Munich tech start-up? We develop revolutionary LiDAR systems and detection software for the environment detection of smart devices. This technology is used in robotics, smart infrastructure, industry & farming, perimeter security and many other areas of the Internet-of-Things (IOT). As a successful senior account manager (m/f/d) you should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run. With us and our technology you can share inspiration, discover new opportunities, grow and make a real difference!

Your tasks

  • You win business with customers, with focus on European countries
  • You analyze customer problems and find solutions generating customer value
  • You structure and negotiate deal
  • You build strong client relationships at all levels to maintain existing business and acquire new follow up business
  • You manage accounts of all sizes, all having the potential for further rollout of our solution
  • You are responsible for the complete sales funnel from first opportunity qualification to contract signature
  • You develop and manage strategies for lead generation with sales development and marketing teams

Your profile

  • You clearly drive through deal achievements, because you have a deal chaser mentality
  • You have a minimum of 5 years proven record in account management
  • You consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • You communicate effectively with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
  • You are able to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
  • You are a creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude
  • You have a sound general technology understanding
  • You are fluent in English, German skills are a plus
