Required Skills:
25 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum XP Kanban
Experience with Agile techniques such as User Stories TDD Continuous Integration
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Ability to facilitate team discussions decisionmaking and conflict resolution
Familiarity with Jira and financial services experience is a plus
