Scrum master

We are Klim a Berlinbased cleantech company revolutionizing climate protection by scaling regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe. We have launched the worlds first digital platform for regenerative agriculture which is already being utilized by thousands of farmers. By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies we provide financial compensation to farmers for their regenerative practices and offer highquality advisory services. Supported by leading investors including Atlantic Food Labs Ananda Impact Ventures and AgFunder we are now expanding our team and seeking a Scrum Master (m/w/d) with experience who is passionate about making a positive impact on the world.

Tasks

• Coordinate sprints retrospective meetings and daily standups
• Work with product and engineering team members to write clear useful tickets
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration between product and engineering
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

What is our tech stack

• ReactJS for our web client
• NodeJS & Express for our API
• Postgres for relational DB & Sequelize ORM
• Cordova for our hybrid app (our replacement React Native app is in development)
• AWS and related services for our infrastructure
• Atlassian software (Jira BitBucket etc)

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a scrum master
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Technical knowledge/experience is a plus
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
• Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and enthusiasm for doing something positive
• Fluent English
