Job Title: School Acquisition Specialist
Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven School Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for driving the acquisition of new schools and establishing strong partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills along with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential schools as prospective clients through research and outreach.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of schools interested in our programs.
- Outreach and Communication:
- Connect with school administrations principals and decisionmakers via phone calls and emails.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our programs.
- Closing Sales:
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Employ effective closing strategies to secure partnerships with schools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience (34 years) in a hardcore sales profile preferably in the education sector.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
