Skills Required:
Management of the delivery of services to the service levels and KPIs
Management of the support team
Managing service improvement initiatives
Acting as primary contact for the Manulife key contacts Manage APAC Delivery Centre including the management of staff shift patterns procedures best practices communications health & safety Incident and Problem Management
Demonstrate continuous service improvement.
In collaboration with Manulife identify and manage operational risks and issues through the Governance committees
Preparation and distribution of service reports for the supplier service delivery
Work closely with the supplier personnel to ensure correct accesses are granted and the team complies with the processes Ensure compliance with Manulife InfoSec policy and audit requirement.
Nice to Have:
Good Exposure and experience in ITIS Industry with People Management Skills
Good to Have:
IT IS Transition & Service Desk Management experience
