SASE Business Consultant - Germany

As a Senior Manager/Manager IT infrastructure Strategy Business Consultant you work with clients at executive level (CDO / CIO / Director) to define their digital strategy with focus on digital business optimization and digital business transformation.

You also have the opportunity to take a leading role in Business transformation to a digital services leader and contribute to the rapid expansion of our Business Consulting Practice.

Combining strategic and technical approaches to create executive level IT infrastructure strategies you act as the trusted advisor create business and technical roadmaps and horizon planning generate new use cases assess risks and benefits of transformations create business cases and Clevel package for investment approval across different streams:

1. alignment of Connectivity (SASE WAN SDWAN LAN multicloud networking etc.) to Business needs

2. alignment of Security (SASE SSE ZTNA etc.) to Business needs

3. convergence and alignment of OT*IT (5G Industrial IT etc.) to Business needs (*operational technology)

4. land Innovation Coinnovation to Business needs ability to create and architect new services based on emerging technologies

5. transformation of Operational Model (ITSM SIAM MSI sourcing strategy AIOps etc.)

This role is suitable for someone from a Digital/IT Business Consultancy or Inhouse Digital/IT Head background.

Business Consulting and Business Innovation are in the strategic focus of Business with a strong growth objective. You will be supporting the business consulting activities with clients and collaborate closely with your Business Consulting team colleagues mainly in Europe (same time zone).

The Team:

You are joining a European team of 40 Business Consultants working closely together each of them with a diverse and highly qualified skill set and experience

Within that team you are part of the IT infrastructure transformation practice and will be Closely collaborating with your peers on business development selling and delivering projects and programs.

You are joining the global tribe working on the Evolution Platform to create the new leading and strategic value proposition that Business has recently launched..

You interact with and leverage on the business affiliated ecosystem like Cyber Defence Business & Decision..

Your objectives and activity

Drive engagements with senior business leaders such as CIO CDO CMO CHRO Head of Innovation and their direct reports to support their digital projects and initiatives

Foster relationship with business stakeholders of our clients position business innovation and business consulting engagements

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Digital IT strategy transformation and migration by consultingled discussions and projects.

Act as Thought Leader in your industry sector / business vertical e.g. like Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Financial Services & Insurance Supply Chain & Logistics Pharmaceutical Retail

Actively position and sell business consulting engagements such as innovation workshops strategy consulting Data/Digital strategy and migration and Data/Digital management to our prospects and customers

Analzye customer requirements conduct presentations workshops (online and offline) and consulting engagements.

Collaborate efficiently with the Business account teams working for our customers and manage the business consulting activities.

Engage and develop trust with customers and colleagues. Work in a virtual team environment across multiply locations and geographies within the European continent.

Coach and mentor colleagues foster evolution learning and collaboration

Grow and develop ecosystem with internal partners e.g. business units labs innovation centers and external startups customer and/or industry research centers

Create new service offerings for use by our customers leveraging the capabilities of Business
