Responsibilities:

Lead the endtoend implementation and configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance module.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PM solutions.
Configure SAP PM to meet business needs ensuring optimal system performance and functionality.
Provide expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies within SAP PM.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for endusers and project team members.
Perform system testing and support the integration of SAP PM with other modules.
Resolve issues troubleshoot problems and provide ongoing support for SAP PM.
Stay updated on industry best practices and SAP advancements to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
813years of handson experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module.
Proven experience in SAP PM configuration and implementation.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes work order management and equipment breakdown analysis.
Ability to lead and guide a team ensuring successful project delivery.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
SAP certification in Plant Maintenance is a plus.
