Our company is seeking an experienced Senior SAP P2P Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations and extensive knowledge in the ProcuretoPay process. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of handson experience in SAP P2P modules and possess a deep understanding of procurement sourcing and vendor management.

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior SAP P2P Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations and extensive knowledge in the ProcuretoPay process. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of handson experience in SAP P2P modules and possess a deep understanding of procurement sourcing and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP P2P Implementation:
- Lead endtoend SAP P2P implementation projects ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutions and configure SAP P2P modules accordingly.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing procurement processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to optimize the entire ProcuretoPay lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align SAP P2P solutions with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and training to endusers ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
- Configuration and Customization:
- Configure SAP P2P modules based on business requirements including but not limited to SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
- Develop and implement custom solutions when necessary to address unique business needs.
- Integration Management:
- Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure smooth integration with the overall ERP landscape.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
- Vendor Management:
- Work closely with vendors to understand their capabilities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on performance quality and costeffectiveness.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Implement risk management strategies within the SAP P2P process.
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in SAP P2P implementation and configuration.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP MM and SRM modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes best practices and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage crossfunctional teams.
- SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
- Implementation experience on S/4 Hana Sourcing & Procurement (MM) for retail industry (at
- least 1 full implementation completed).
- Knowledge on S/4 Hana Retail features and functionality.
- Knowledge on MM retail master data usage and configuration like Plant master Plant Business Partner Materials Vendor master.
- Knowledge on S/4 features and configuration like Flexible Workflow BRF output message determination and Merchandise Category hierarchy.
- Knowledge on Data Migration Cockpit file preparation and upload for scenarios below:
- Article Master Service Master Source list Purchasing Info Record Contract/Outline
- Agreements Vendor Purchasing data Purchase Order Purchase requisitions Inventory (IM).
