SEEKING: SAP EDI / SD Expert Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant.

This role demands:

More than 7 years of experience in SAP consulting related to SAP EDI Sales and Distributions solutions and Logistic processes
At least 3 years of expertise in international projects.
Experience in other SAP modules within Logistics Finance processes would be a plus.
Experience in ABAP is required as plus
Problem solving skills
Project Management skills are required to lead cross activities coordinating all workstreams impacted within EDI area
Capable to communicate fluently in English (speaking listening and writing) in international environments.
Very committed flexible and proactive attitude

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

Provide business value by:

Consulting and supporting business processes with effective and efficient applications and solutions in the area of SAP Sales and Distribution

Acquiring and sharing the required knowledge and skills not only technical but also from a business perspective

Managing requirements stakeholders and technology effectively to ensure success in projects changes incidents resolution and other operations

Ensure that any compliance tasks or controls that are relevant to this job are implemented.

Support and attend the established HSEE decision bodies.

Maintain support and optimize current IT solutions.

Training on the current IT solutions.

Collaborate with the rest of strem

Take the necessary actions out of their level of expertise and responsibility related to the EDI Area such as:

Design develop and support all EDI Initiatives required in order to fulfill the agreed business requirements in terms of quality and Service Level Agreements.

Lead and coordinate all cross functional teams and activties involved in the EDI project.

Create and maintain documentation according to required project or initiative

Create and maintain functional specifications / documentation

To follow and accomplish the milestones agreed and communicated by any Project and/or Maintenance activity where is assigned to.

Organize and lead the necessary agreed training sessions

Support the direct supervisors in technical assessments and effort estimations when required (budgeting cycles effort estimation etc.)

SAPEDI (Expert Level)

SAP SD (Expert Level)
SAP MM (Medium Level)
SAP FI (Medium Level)
SAP ABAP (Medium Level)

Education :

University Degree most valued in areas of: Engineering Business Administration Information Technology etc..

Language :

English (B1/B2)

Nice to have: Spanish (B1/B2)

WE OFFER:

Fulltime Freelance contract

Rate: 256 / 296 per day VAT (according to the experience provided)

LongTerm Project

Location: Madrid Attend to the Madrid offices at least two days per week .

Availability for on call duties during Month End Closing (24 hours 7 days)

Some traveling maybe required within EMEA as part of the job
