In your role as a Master Data expert inS/4Hana Business Partner you willsupport the groupwide implementation of SAP S/4HANA. At the same time you will help to design and implement the best Business Partner Master Data processes and be part of the team that will take care of the system in the future.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration between SAP S/4HANA Tibco EBX Ariba and other systems
• Plan and execute data migration activities during system transitions or upgrades
• Gather requirements from Axpo Units and consultants and specialists with regards to the Business Partner setup and translate them to effective solutions in EBX and S/4Hana landscape
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA Tibco EBX best practices propose process improvements and ensure data security and compliance in Business Partner Master Data
• Establish align document and train stakeholders on data governance policies and standards for accurate and consistent master data maintenance
• Establish Operational KPI reporting generate reports and analyse data quality
• Develop training materials and provide enduser training on master data management

What you bring & who you are:

• You completed a university degree in business administration or computer science
• Ability to strategically align master data practices with organizational goals and adequate decisionmaking in datarelated matters
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Advanced data management skills including modeling customization and governance
• Proficiency in system integration especially with SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive data strategies
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and data privacy
• Proficiency in data analytics for informed decisionmaking
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strategic planning and longterm roadmap development
• Risk management to ensure data security and business continuity
• Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry trends
• You are fluent in English German is a plus
