JOB SUMMARY
As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for prospecting qualifying
and generating new sales leads to support the sales team. You will play a key role in driving the
companys revenue growth by identifying potential customers and ensuring a steady pipeline of
qualified opportunities.

55K base commision

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research
social media industry events and inbound inquiries. Utilize prospecting tools and
techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling emailing and social
selling to engage potential customers. Articulate the value proposition of the companys
products or services to prospects.
Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet the companys ideal
customer profile. Gather relevant information about prospects needs challenges and
decisionmaking processes.
Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and provide necessary
information to facilitate the sales process. Collaborate with marketing to align on
messaging campaigns and strategies.
Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM
system. Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification metrics.
Stay informed about industry trends market changes and competitor activities.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and
professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
Proven experience in sales development lead generation or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Resultsoriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
