location: USA Remote
Duration 12 months
Client: Cognizant / Thermofisher
Role Scope / Deliverables:
- Implement enhancements for existing users (case routing/autoreplies filtering outofoffice reassignment share management of cases metrics/SLAs calculation functionality harmonization/standardization).
- Design develop and rollout emailtocase to four order management teams (Production Chemicals Purification/Pharma Analytics SUD Singapore and SUD Santa Clara).
Key Skills:
- Configuration (page layouts profiles/sharing rules/permission sets flows record types quick actions etc)
- Experience with the Lighting UI
- Experience with emailtocase
