About the role:
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team contributing to the efficient execution of sales processes and the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

As a Sales Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of IT products services and solutions is a plus.
Experience with sales enablement tools and techniques is a plus.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Information technology or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role would be a strong asset preferably in the IT industry or a related field.
Having technical knowledge of the MSP space is considered a strong asset and would be prioritized over other candidates
