Work Setup: Permanent WFH


Unlock Your Potential with These Skills

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems; experience with Triple Seat is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms.


Fuel Your Ambition with Key Tasks

  • Administrative Work:
  • Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency of the sales team.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Experience with HubSpot (Preferred):
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing daytoday work in HubSpot.
  • Utilize HubSpot for various sales and customer relationship management tasks.
  • Leverage HubSpot tools to enhance sales processes and efficiency.
  • Work in Event Management Software:
  • Work with US and UK event management software (Triple Seat Bengie and Collins).
  • Event Closing:
  • Be responsible for event closing administrative functions coordinating with various internal departments.
  • Invoice Creation:
  • Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Prospecting/List Building:
  • Engage in prospecting activities to build and maintain a robust client database.
  • Contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
