About the role:
You will be responsible for selling RoomRaccoon to hoteliers for the DACH (Deutschland Austria Switzerland) market. Your primary responsibilities will be to establish and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their needs goals and obstacles. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and RoomRaccoon. Craft innovative sales tactics confidently communicate and collaborate with current and prospective customers.
Tasks
Your main duties and responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Performing outbound cold calls into your market setting up mail campaigns and managing cadences in collaboration with your markets AEs/ Market Head and your Sales Director tailoring RoomRaccoons added value to the hoteliers simple or complex needs;
- Call potential hotels that are a great fit for RoomRaccoon and introduce them to our product
- Handover leads after discovery calls with as much relevant information to the AE team for them to present demos and have the headstart of information to show value.
- Following up on leads within agreed response times
- Managing your lead pipeline never losing a deal opportunity out of sight and nurturing your prospects;
- Start your day with a daily huddle together with the international sales team via video call led by our Sales Director
- Run through your deal pipeline and action for followup on relevant opportunities
- Advance your product knowledge and become a specialist in RoomRaccoons product
- You will spend your days convincing hoteliers how RoomRaccoon will level up their hotel creating new revenue for them and saving time and costs!
- Start progression your skills and knowledge to start delivering demos to interested hoteliers that will challenge you on the bestadded value of all RoomRaccoon has to offer their business
Requirements

- 35 years experience in a sales role
- Hospitality and/or SaaS background is a plus
