We are The Missing Sock and we are hiring within the Sales Department.

About Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for expanding The Missing Socks client base by selling our products to Schools located in South Florida USA. You will manage relationships with customers serving as the key point of contact from lead generation and initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made. This role is performancedriven meaning how well you sell directly impacts how much money you earn making it ideal if you want to be in the drivers seat of your career.

You will work closely with the Sales Department to identify new sales opportunities and ensure that all sales processes and best practices are followed.

Tasks

As a Sales Representative these are your top responsibilities:

  • Analyze market potential research and seek new business opportunities.
  • Manage and qualify leads keep the client database uptodate in TMS CRM.
  • Create or improve sales pitch and materials collaborate with marketing team.
  • Outreach to prospects make 100 contacts per month and schedule meetings/demos.
  • Interact with customers identify their needs and ensure a positive experience.
  • Negotiate and close deals meet monthly sales quota.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and participate in company meetings.
  • Hand off new accounts to KAM and update TMS CRM accordingly.
  • Continuously improve prospecting strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert prospects into clients.

Requirements

As a Sales Representative these are your musthaves:

  • Ability to write and speak English fluently. Minimum: English (intermediate/B1) Preferably: English (proficient/C1)
  • Ability to write and speak Spanish fluently. Spanish (proficient/C1)
  • Sales Process Proficiency. Understand the sales process and funnel in order to be able to navigate it efficiently. Familiarity with CRM practices.
  • Negotiation skills to close deals and find common ground with customers.
  • Research market opportunities to increase lead generation and qualification.

You will shine if

  • You have the ability to use sales software and CRM systems to manage customer data track sales activity and analyze sales metrics.
  • You have a proven Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing preferably.
  • You have 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Business Development Representative preferably B2B.
