Are you a motivated and resultsdriven individual with a passion for sales Do you have experience in the roofing industry or a strong background in sales If so we have an exciting opportunity for you!

44Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our roofing services to homeowners and businesses in our target market.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers through various channels including networking referrals prospecting and cold calling.
  • Conduct indepth roofing assessments and provide accurate estimates to potential clients.
  • Present roofing solutions and services tailored to the needs of each customer ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our products and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to secure new business and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and deliver exceptional customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion of roofing projects.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends market conditions and competitors offerings to effectively position our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales preferably in the roofing industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
  • Experience working on a commissiononly basis and being considered a 1099 employee.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
