Our client Ariston Croatia is a global company renowned for complex technical solutions in the field of heating and hot water preparation. They provide their clients with an optimal combination of comfort energy efficiency and environmental responsibility with continuous support before and after product purchases. Emphasizing their distinctive Italian design their products offer aesthetically pleasing features alongside impressive technical capabilities.
Due to continuous growth and business development we are seeking a proactive and flexible individual to join their dynamic team as a Sales Representative for Slovenia.


Responsibilities


Your role in this position will involve maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients as well as establishing collaborations with new clients in Slovenia. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing developing and maintaining highquality relationships with clients
  • Acquiring new clients and conducting continuous market analysis
  • Creating sales plans and consequently developing a sales strategy
  • Informing clients about product prices and availability aligning offers with their needs
  • Negotiating business terms with clients issuing proposals and monitoring payments
  • Resolving client problems and complaints
  • Coordinating activities planning and implementing sales according to sales plans
  • Constantly monitoring KPIs and reporting activities and achieved results to management.



Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience preferably in a similar product range
  • Minimum high school diploma preferably college or university degree
  • Motivated proactive and positive approach to work
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent sales communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work in the field regularly
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
  • High level of computer literacy with a focus on a good understanding of the MS Office suite
  • Driver's license (B category).
