ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Medical Departures’ Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment process starting from scratch (Finding/Interviewing/Testing). The Recruiter will work with key support groups such as the Hiring Manager, Customer Care, Marketing, Sales, Finance & Technology, to ensure that we hire candidates with great attitudes, experience, for a reasonable cost.

Compensation:
Salary: $500 USD per month
Benefit: 100% remote work, healthcare allowance, mobile & internet allowance, unlimited sick & vacation days, maternity/paternity
HIRING STATUS: Contractor (Part Time) 25+ hours per week
Probation: 2 months (60 days)
Location: Work from home EU

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • High-volume at 100+ applications reviewed per day for global scheduling of interviews via google meet at a minimum 20 interviews per week
  • Facilitate all interviews including Video interviews as well as support pre/post-interview meetings and hosting duties via Google Calendar/google meet
  • Proactively hunting for candidates with no limits including approach and global job posting.
  • Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant/interview status as needed including gather interview feedback from the hiring manager, create potential hiring candidates short-list, and do reference checks to present to the HR team leader for hiring recommendations
  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting and Leaders) and maintain effective communication channels
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes
  • Track and update candidate interactions in Zoho Recruit and update the tracking dashboard on Google sheet/Google Doc
  • Additional Ad Hoc duties as needed by the Recruiting Coordination Team

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years experience in Recruiting expert, Talent acquisition specialist, sourcing specialist, or a related field.
  • Passionate about growing in Human Resources field
  • Time flexible early/evening
  • Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork, Remothub, and/or any other platforms
  • High successful rate of candidates approaching
  • Great result of time to hire from previous/current company
  • Experience hiring candidates remotely from all Geographies and cultures
  • Tech savvy - High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems to support the recruiting process,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Docs applications (e.g. Calendar, Google meet, Excel, Word).** is a must
  • Experience with Zoho recruit ** is a plus
  • Excellent phone skills, Impeccable written communication skills, 60+ WPM typing ability
  • Effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment and a fast-paced environment.
  • Strict attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Fluent English language skills: written & spoken
  • Ability to work responsibly and productively in a remote home-office environment
