Our client is a leading Prop Tech company. They have a very experienced team who have wealth of experience in the Property Industry and they have a very exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
• Oversee the whole sales process (from reservation to exchange) for property transactions
• Update the customer on a regular basis to provide them with progress
• Ensuring all legal documentation is obtained
• Liaise with all relevant parties that are part of the transaction

Requirements:

• Provious experience within Sales Progression
• Excellent PC / IT knowledge
• Tactful and articulate
• Strong customer service skills
• Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Highly motivated and results driven
