What You Will Do

As the Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving operational excellence. You will work closely with the sales team to streamline the order management process create and improve sales processes and procedures and organize resources and documentation. You will work crossfunctionally with all teams and external customers to ensure a seamless sales process from lead to fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Review Purchase Orders for compliance (pricing MOQ discounts etc.) prior to submitting them to the Logistics team for processing.
  • Drive continued improvement of processes procedures and efficiencies related to customer business objectives by working cross functionally and as a key point of contact for the Sales Team.
  • Manage One World Sync IX One Nielsen Brand Bank and other sales related platforms.
  • Promote and maintain a positive rapport with the Sales Directors to maximize potential opportunities identify customer needs and further develop key initiatives.
  • Constant communication and coordination with all internal departments business directors and brokers to support the business objectives as a main point of internal contact for the sales team.
  • Ownership of sales reporting within NetSuite and generation of reports for both the sales team and business directors.
  • Support and coordination of brand and sales and compliance related assets; working closely with cross functional teams in marketing product development and finance to provide sales with accurate and complete materials and processes.
  • Consolidation and organization of the sales team resources including compiling and organizing repositories of key information for sales use.
  • Provide support & coordination for sales meetings trade events and conferences.

Who You Are

You are passionate about process improvement and optimization committed to team synergy and excited to build systems and reports that enable successful sales teams. You love jumping in to help where needed are extremely detailoriented and a stellar communicator.

Qualifications

  • 34 years equivalent applicable work experience in sales support/coordination sales operations customer service and/or order management at a CPG company is required.
  • Experience with maintenance and set up with customer portals (One World Sync Synidigo IXOne UNFI Kehe etc).
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in syndicated data systems Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite and ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust style to effectively interact with external customers and internal staff.
  • Ability to quickly solve problems and make strategic recommendations.
  • High level of intellect with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
  • Passion and pizzazz for the CPG industry and specifically for Gooder Foods’ mission!
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
