This job typically involves managing & optimizing the sales process within the company to ensure efficiency & effectiveness.
What Does the Job Entail
Sales Process Optimization
- Analyze & streamline the sales process to enhance efficiency & productivity
- Implement best practices to improve overall sales operations
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Gather screen analyze & interpret sale data to provide insights & recommendations for decisionmaking
- Report Maintain & present data as per given periodic formats (sale forecasting sales numbers expenses touring distributor floor stock sampling scheme production forecasting price evaluations price change value & volume assessment data collection from sales team etc.) or as and when required by GM NSM Marketing Directors Chairman etc.
CRM Management
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Train & encourage sales teams on effective use of CRM tools & ensure data accuracy
Documentation & RecordKeeping
- Maintain complie & organize files records & documents in both physical & digital formats
- Prepare reports presentations and other documents as and when required by the Chairman
- Arranging department wise scheduled reports as required by the Chairman
Sales Forecasting
- Work closely with NSM & RSMs to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data category natural growth market trends seasonal effect marketing investment etc.
- Provide recommendations for adjustments to meet sales goals
Guiding & On boarding Sales Team
- Develop & deliver programs & product information for sales representatives to improve their skills & knowledge
- Assist in the on boarding process for new sales team members
Information Supervision
- Ensure that the Chairman is timely informed about upcoming commitments & responsibilities
- Research & compile information as needed for decisionmaking or project support
Crossfunctional Collaboration
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing Finance & customer support to ensure alignment & coordination of activities
- Act as a liaison between sales & other teams to address other challenges
Process Documentation
- Document & communicate sales processes & procedures to ensure consistency & clarity
- Update documents as needed based on changes in business requirements
Technology Integration
- Evaluate implement & & optimize salesrelated technologies to improve overall efficiency
- Stay informed about emerging technologies & recommend relevant tools for the sales team
Person we are looking for
Someone who is vibrant with dynamic personality analytical tech savvy adaptive strong organizational skills presentation skills vocal efficient has extensive command over office especially Excel.
Practical & academic skills needed
- 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good written & spoken English
- Command in Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience of multitasking
- Proven track record of highquality affinity for numbers
- Ability to understand the importance of the role
- Ability to measure and respond to situations
- Bachelors/Masters from an accredited university
