Role and Responsibilities:The Sales Operations Executive will have the following responsibilities:
- Interacting with counsellors of Propelld partnered training Institutes.
- Following up with student borrowers.
- Coordinating for loan process approval logistics and documentation to final disbursal of loan to the student.
- Maintaining customer focus and responding to customer inquiries over email phone and chat.
- Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of the company.
- Capturing customer feedback and channelizing it to internal teams for appropriate action.
- Monitoring realtime dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required.
