Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Coventry
Basic Salary: £22000£35000 OTE (uncapped)
THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
An extremely wellestablished multi branch Estate Agency is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their hungry and experienced team in Coventry CV1
This is a fantastic brand to work with an amazing office vibe. No micromanagement and an opportunity to earn great money for a reputable company.
The Essentials:
- 8.45am5:30pm
- Alternative Saturdays 9am12:30
- Fantastic Commission Package and Bonuses
- Prioritise internal promotion
- Free parking
- Day off for birthday (after 12 months service)
Ideally you will Be:
- Local to CV1
- Have at least 12 months experience working in as a Sales Negotiator.
- Cando attitude
- Willingness to progress
- Energetic enthusiastic driven and hungry
- KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
- Personable friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
- Articulate confident and intelligent
- Smart wellpresented and professional in appearance and manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Not afraid of hard work
- Full clean UK driving license
