- Develop sales strategies for the company
- Develop long term sales goal
- Review and develop sales team Key Performance Indicators
- Develop and maintain clients and client relationships
- Manage sales manager and accounts managers
- Be able to develop strategies to address the changes and demands of the market

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has proven 3 years of excellent sales track records preferably with ecommerce/digital platform background
- Has good negotiation and communication skills
- Has a welldeveloped sense of drive and selfmotivated
- Sales leadership skills
