Sales Manager Legal Technology San Franciscobased

Our client is on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Manager passionate about driving growth and excellence within the sales team. As a pivotal leader youll not only be chasing an ambitious sales target but also ensuring the successful onboarding and development of the entire sales team. Your role will be crucial in demonstrating how legal technology solutions can streamline processes for our clients making their operations more efficient and effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Deliver impressive sales numbers and actively build support and mentor the Sales Team.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with Marketing and other business departments to craft and implement strategies that drive teamwide sales success.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of high achievement within the sales team ensuring all members are poised to exceed their targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage sales and employee expenditure budgets efficiently align marketing and sales for maximum impact and oversee client retention and partner relationships to optimize business growth.

Education & Experience required:

  • 7 years in SaaS sales with a commendable track record.
  • 5 years in sales operations with experience in scaling sales teams.
  • Background in B2B selling preferably within the legal tech/software industry.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the services provided by the legal software industry.
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking capabilities with a clientfocused approach.
