Job Summary: The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth for an
HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and
Plumbing) company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies
managing key accounts and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership
skills a deep understanding of the HVAC and MEP industry and a proven track record in
sales management.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify market trends customer needs and competitive dynamics to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and allocate resources effectively.

2. Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide coaching training and professional development opportunities to enhance the team's performance.
- Set clear sales goals monitor performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
3. Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand business with existing clients and secure longterm partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
4. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities target markets and potential clients.
- Generate leads conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new projects and clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral promotional materials and targeted campaigns.
- Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and promote the company&; products and services.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse sales performance market trends and customer feedback to make datadriven business decisions.
- Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports for the management team.
- Provide regular sales reports including pipeline analysis conversion rates and revenue projections.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering operations and finance to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders providing updates on sales activities customer feedback and market trends.
- Participate in sales and strategy meetings contributing ideas and insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the HVAC and MEP industry.
- Indepth knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems products and services.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership team management and coaching abilities.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
