Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with indepth knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective use of CRM strategies and tools. They will lead and mentor a sales team ensuring optimal utilization of CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that integrate CRM processes.
  • Manage and oversee the sales teams use of CRM systems ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends forecast sales and inform decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts leveraging CRM insights.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on CRM best practices and new features.
  • Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction by optimizing customer journey mapping using CRM tools.
  • Generate regular reports and insights on sales performance and CRM metrics.
  • Participate in strategic planning and set sales targets based on CRM analysis.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and CRM technologies.



  • CRM System Proficiency: They should have a thorough understanding of how CRM systems work. This includes knowledge of popular CRM platforms like Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics or Zoho CRM. They should be skilled in using these systems to track customer interactions sales opportunities and client data.
  • Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques understanding customer needs developing sales strategies and closing deals is essential. This includes the ability to use data from CRM systems to inform and optimize these processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze customer data and sales metrics from the CRM to identify trends forecast sales and make datadriven decisions. They should be skilled in generating reports and insights that help in strategic planning.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Understanding the customer journey and how to enhance it using CRM tools. This includes knowledge of touchpoints customer needs at each stage and how to leverage CRM data to improve customer experiences.
  • Marketing Integration: Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts. This often involves using CRM data to inform marketing campaigns and strategies and vice versa.
  • Team Management and Training: Leading a sales team and ensuring they are proficient in using the CRM system effectively. This includes training team members on new features best practices and ensuring consistent usage of the CRM system.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members other departments and customers. This also includes the ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continually seeking ways to improve sales processes and customer relationships using CRM data. This involves staying updated with new CRM features technologies and industry best practices.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Using insights from CRM data to develop and implement sales strategies set targets and track performance.





Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with a strong emphasis on CRM processes.
  • Expertise in using various CRM platforms (e.g.ZOHO CRM Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in strategic planning and execution.

Customer Interaction: Professionally manage incoming customer inquiries via calls and emails. Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly, accurately, and in a courteous manner. Achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction rating of above [specific percentage, e.g., 95%]. Order Management: Efficiently process customer orders in the system, ensuring all details are accurate. Attend training sessions and workshops as necessary to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the sales, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure seamless order execution. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the order management and customer care processes. Reporting: Compile and present regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and order issues to the management. Analyze customer interaction trends to provide recommendations for improving the customer experience. Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with any updates or changes in the order management system or customer relationship management tools used by the company. Ensure accurate data entry and order tracking within the systems.
