Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with a network of decision makers in assigned accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Initiate contact with prospective transferees
  • Oversee all activities related to the sale including followup
  • Research potential clients and deals
  • Develop and maintain file of contacts
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including phone calls and appointments
  • Report daily on sales activity and pipeline
  • Meet or exceed sales quota
  • Help generate unique leads
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Recruiting and training new sales staff assigning specific tasks to other sales staff and monitoring the teams sales performance.
  • Solving customer complaints and answering customers questions.
  • Writing reports for senior managers.


Requirements

  • A bachelors or associates degree in marketing sales or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Experience in sales is necessary.
  • Strong sales ability business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Good time management strategic planning and organizational skills.


The candidate must have experience working in a supervisory role. The candidate should know how to develop effective strategies to generate more leads. The candidate must have good communication skills. The candidate must develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients. The candidates must be target-driven.
