Job Overview:

Our client an ICT company specializing in a wide array of Information Technology services is seeking an Experienced Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving our companys growth and expansion by identifying prospecting and nurturing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our comprehensive suite of IT solutions and services to existing and potential clients across various industries. We are particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about technology and possess a proven track record in sales preferably within the ICT sector.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
3. Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized solutions.
4. Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored IT solutions to meet clients specific requirements.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical experts and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
6. Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Prepare and present sales proposals contracts and presentations to clients articulating the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
8. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for the brand at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand our market presence.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably within the ICT industry. B2B sales experience would be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of IT products and services including cybersecurity cloud computing and digital transformation.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
