Overview:

The Sales role is a crucial position within our organization contributing to the companys bottom line by driving revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the success of sales initiatives
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions
  • Participate in sales meetings events and training sessions
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven work experience in sales or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Customeroriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
