Job Description:

  • Drive revenue and achieve quota for the assigned territory or accounts by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders to expand the companys presence and market share in the region.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide valuable input and insights to refine product offerings and pricing strategies based on market feedback and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead and manage a sales team providing guidance setting objectives and fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  • Lead negotiations for key contracts and partnerships securing favourable terms and sustainable relationships that drive longterm value.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process exhibiting full accountability for achieving targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Educational Qualification:

  • Proven track record of 23 years of successful sales leadership experience preferably in IT Industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles techniques and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
