Job Title: Sales Executive Sagan Passport Services
Location:
Remote (PST Timezone)

Working Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

About Us:

Sagan is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on promoting our Sagan Passport services a comprehensive solution designed to streamline the hiring process for companies worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying business opportunities by monitoring job boards and actively reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor job boards to identify companies actively hiring and determine potential leads for our Sagan Passport services.
  • Engage with HR professionals and decisionmakers via LinkedIn utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Present candidate profiles and articulate the value proposition of Sagan Passport services to prospective clients aiming to facilitate their recruitment processes.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients ensuring consistent outreach and followup.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets providing regular updates to management on sales activities and pipeline status.


Pay Structure:


The compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus a commission structure based on performance. This allows for significant earning potential driven by sales success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment processes; experience in the recruitment industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for sales activities with experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; must be fluent in English with nearnative proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience preferably in B2B environments related to recruitment or HR services. (This is not mandatory)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Comfortable with technology and using various sales software and tools.
