Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role involves developing marketing strategies managing the sales pipeline analyzing market trends and ultimately driving Hancods growth by enhancing our brand presence and market reach. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities negotiating deals and fostering longterm relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals ensuring a smooth client journey.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing Hancods products and services.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to help shape future offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
